En aquests moments, hi ha qui opta por intimidar i acusa, qui desvia l&#8217;atenci\u00f3 i resta import\u00e0ncia, el que tracta d&#8217;agradar i trobar l&#8217;equilibri o qui busca arguments elaborats i es mant\u00e9 distant i racional. I tu On sols col\u00b7locar-te?<\/p>\n<p>Tots i cadascun de nosaltres hem anat creant mecanismes des de la nostra m\u00e9s tendra inf\u00e0ncia per a respondre quan ens sent\u00edem profundament vulnerables. Mecanismes que han anat conformat el nostre cos des de petits i que no han estat lliurement triats. Molts d&#8217;ells encara continuen regint la nostra conducta com a adults, esgotant-nos i llevant-nos espontane\u00eftat i energ\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Un taller vivencial i pr\u00e0ctic en el qual usarem la\u00a0Gestalt, el\u00a0Mindfulness, el Moviment i la\u00a0Teatroterapia\u00a0per integrar i entendre des del cos i trav\u00e9s de l&#8217;experi\u00e8ncia aquests mecanismes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Objectius<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experimentar la vulnerabilitat i aprendre a gestionar la incertesa respecto a l&#8217;altre\/a.<\/li>\n<li>Construir un di\u00e0leg intern constructiu i afavoridor, que ens guareixi i ens ajudi.<\/li>\n<li>Fomentar la responsabilitat personal i aprendre a relacionar-nos des de l&#8217;adult.<\/li>\n<li>Refor\u00e7ar la comunicaci\u00f3 con un\/a mateix\/a, la confian\u00e7a i autoestima<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Com respons davant l&#8217;un altre quan et sents vulnerable?
